1. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in India are not allowed to enter.
2. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before arrival.

The test result must have a QR code if issued in a country other than Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,

Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.),

Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal,

Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or USA.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks before departure;
- passengers returning to Lebanon within 7 days.
3. Passengers and airline crew are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival, at their own expense.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- airline crew staying for a maximum of 48 hours.
4. Passengers could be subject to quarantine for 4 days.
5. Airline crew staying for a maximum of 48 hours are subject to self-isolation until their next flight.
6. Passengers arriving from Brazil, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Gambia, India, Iraq, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or Zambia must have a reservation confirmation at a designated hotel for 3 nights.
This does not apply to:
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received at least one vaccine dose at least 2 weeks before departure;
- passengers traveling through Beirut to Syria;
- passengers younger than 18 years;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 90 days before departure;
- passengers returning to Lebanon within 7 days.
7. Passengers transiting through Beirut (BEY) to Syria must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before departure.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
