1. Passengers entering or transiting through Ireland (Rep.) from Argentina,

Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.),

Cuba, Eswatini, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mozambique,

Myanmar, Namibia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., Seychelles,

South Africa, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Uruguay or

Zimbabwe must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most

72 hours before arrival.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
2. Passengers entering or transiting through Ireland (Rep.) from a country other than Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cuba, Eswatini, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., Seychelles, South Africa, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Uruguay or Zimbabwe must have:
- a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Moderna or Janssen at least 14 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) at least 15 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate showing that they recovered from COVID-19 in the past 180 days.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
3. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in or transited through Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cuba, Eswatini, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., Seychelles, South Africa, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Uruguay or Zimbabwe must present a quarantine hotel reservation booked at https://tinyurl.com/778s6b2p . - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with:
- Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival;
- Moderna or Janssen at least 14 days before arrival;
- AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) at least 15 days before arrival.
4. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form" at https://cvd19plf-prod1.powerappsportals.com/en-us/ before departure.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.
5. Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are subject to a COVID-19 RT-PCR test on or after day 5 after arrival. They must have a booking confirmation obtained at www.gov.ie/test .
6. Passengers could be subject to quarantine for up to 14 days. A list of quarantine exemptions can be found at https://tinyurl.com/2x5jpp2k
- This does not apply to passengers arriving from a country other than Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem.
