1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Czechia and their family members;
- nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia,

Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia,

Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,

Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City (Holy See);
- nationals of Albania, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Lebanon, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore and USA;
- passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport;
- passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or a Macao (SAR China) passport;
- British nationals with a certificate of application for the status of UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement Beneficiary issued by Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Latvia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden; and their family members;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and Vatican City (Holy See), if arriving from these countries;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty;
- spouses of British nationals residing in Czechia. They must have a marriage certificate or a confirmation of partnership;
- passengers younger than 21 years who are children of British nationals residing in Czechia. They must have a birth certificate and a copy of their parents residence permit;
- passengers who are unmarried partners of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and an EEA Member State residing in Czechia. They must have a confirmation of their relationship issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czechia;
- passengers with a "D" visa issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a "C" visa issued by Czechia after 11 May 2020.
2. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form" before boarding. The form can be found at http://www.prijezdovyformular.cz/
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Czechia with a service passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours.
3. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., South Africa, Tanzania (incl. Zanzibar and Pemba), Tunisia, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to:
- nationals of Czechia;
- nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See) with a temporary residence permit issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a long-term or permanent residence permit issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia and who are family members of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City (Holy See) with a temporary residence permit issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty;
- passengers with a "D" visa issued by Czechia after 2 August 2021.
4. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., South Africa, Tanzania (incl. Zanzibar and Pemba), Tunisia, Zambia or Zimbabwe must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 6 years.
- nationals of Czechia with passengers with a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City (Holy See) with a temporary residence permit issued by Czechia and a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- passengers with a permanent residence permit issued by Czechia and a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia and who are spouses or children younger than 21 years of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City (Holy See) with a temporary residence permit issued by Czechia. They must have a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC), showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; and
- issued at least 14 days before arrival; and
- issued in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See). - nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See)with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival and issued in Israel or United Kingdom;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, at least 14 days and at most 180 days before arrival, in Czech or English;
- passengers with an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC) as proof of recovery, issued at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival.
5. Passengers arriving from a country other than Albania, Australia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Croatia, Eswatini, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg,  Macao (SAR China), Malawi, Montenegro, Mozambique, Namibia, North Macedonia (Rep.), Nepal, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Tanzania, Tunisia, USA, Vatican City (Holy See), Zambia or Zimbabwe, must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Czechia with a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- nationals of Czechia with a service passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours;
- passengers with a permanent residence permit issued by Czechia and a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See) with a temporary residence permit issued by Czechia and a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC), showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; and
-- issued at least 14 days before arrival; and
-- issued in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See). - nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See), with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival and issued in Israel or United Kingdom.
- spouses of nationals of Czechia and their children younger than 21 years, with a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- children of nationals of Czechia younger than 21 years, with a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued by Czechia;
- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, at least 14 days and at most 180 days before arrival, in Czech or English.
- passengers with an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC) as proof of recovery, issued at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty for a maximum stay of 72 hours;
- passengers arriving from Madeira (Portugal);
- passengers younger than12 years;
6. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival and quarantine.
7. Passengers between 6 and 12 years of age arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Paraguay, Peru, Russian Fed., South Africa, Tanzania (incl. Zanzibar and Pemba), Tunisia, Zambia or Zimbabwe, are subject to COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
