1. Until 31 August 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to:
- nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark,

Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia,

Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,

Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and

Vatican City (Holy See) and their family members;
- passengers with a long term residence permit or a long term "D" visa issued by Austria,

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,

Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland;
- residents of Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Lebanon, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand and USA, if arriving from their country of residence;
- passengers traveling through Croatia to a third country for a maximum stay of 12 hours. They must prove that they can enter the destination country;
- passengers traveling as tourists with proof of paid accommodation;
- passengers traveling on business with an invitation letter from a company in Croatia;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty;
- passengers traveling as students;
- merchant seamen;
- military personnel.
2. Passports and national ID cards issued to nationals of Croatia which expired on 11 March 2020 or later are considered valid.
3. Passengers arriving from Brazil, South Africa or Tanzania (only Zanzibar) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. They are subject to mandatory self-isolation for 14 days.
4. Passengers arriving from Cyprus, India, Russian Fed. or United Kingdom must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival.
5. Passengers arriving from a country other than Brazil, Cyprus, India, Russian Fed., South Africa, Tanzania (only Zanzibar) or United Kingdom must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. The rapid antigen test must be listed on https://tinyurl.com/b57mretv ; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sputnik V at most 270 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Janssen at least 14 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 180 days before arrival and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that the passenger received the first dose of the vaccine not more than 270 days before arrival; or
- a positive COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result issued at least 11 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
- are subject to a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test upon arrival and self-isolation for up to 10 days.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers arriving directly from Switzerland or an EEA Member State with an EU Digital COVID Certificate;
- passengers arriving directly from Switzerland or an EEA Member State with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first vaccine dose of Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech or Sputnik V between 22 and 42 days before arrival, or showing that they received the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) between 22 and 84 days before arrival;
- minors younger than 12 years accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The parents or guardians must have an EU Digital COVID Certificate, a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result, a vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate;

6. Passengers could be subject to self-isolation; details can be found at https://mup.gov.hr/uzg-covid/english/286212
7. Passengers must complete an "Enter Croatia Form" and present it upon arrival. The form can be completed before departure at https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ or upon arrival.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Croatia.
