Business Visa

 

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

a) Two Photocopies of the first, second and last pages of passport.

b) Attach all your old passports (if any)

2. Zambia Visa Application Form :  Three visa application forms duly filled and signed. Form should be filled with Blue Ink pen only.

3. Photo Specification: Three recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned /stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

4. Covering Letter :  Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit.

The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Zambia High Commission, New Delhi.

5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Zambia host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel , duration of stay and mention the address of stay. The letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. Along with this, a photo id copy (with signature)/passport copy of the signatory on the invite letter is also required for submission.

6. Financials: Company/ Personal Original Bank Statement for last six months.

7. Ticket: Confirmed Return Ticket and a copy of it.

8. Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory.

Please Note : For children up to 16 years, Visa for Zambia is not required as it will be issued on arrival.

E-Visa

 

Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Zambia Visa online. Person who wishes to travel to Zambia for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply for E visa. Person who seeks employment in Zambia is not eligible to apply E visa.

                                         Applicant is traveling for Tourism purpose needs to share below documents with us:

 

1)     Passport Bio Pages:  (Passport should be with validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.)

4)     Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation or Confirmation letter from a tour Operator in Zambia.


 

Applicant is traveling for Business purpose needs to share below documents with us:

4. Covering Letter :  Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Zambia, New Delhi.

Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

5. Ticket: Photocopy along with original or onward Ticket.

6. Day to day Itinerary: Day to day schedule with dates in detail.

7. Invitation Letter from Zambia: In case if applicant is visiting his family/friend in Zambia, then the invitation letter with invitee's name, contact details is required. 

8. ID proof of invitee: Invitee's passport copy along with his/her work/residence permit/visa copy is required.

9. Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation or Confirmation letter from a tour Operator in Zambia. (if not staying with host/invitee)

10. Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory.

11. Financials: 

a) Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement endorsed on Passport.

b) Original Bank statement for last 6 months.

Please Note : For children up to 16 years, Visa for Zambia is not required as it will be issued on arrival.
