1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp.

a) Copy of the first and last page of your current valid passport. If you have any observations on your passport please submit a copy of the observation page.     b) Attach all your old passports (if any).

2. Visa Application Form: One online DS-160 form duly filled and signed. ( Sample DS-160 Form-  which need to be filled completely and share with B2B Visa Services for online form filling  )

3. Interview Appointment letters : You must schedule two appointments, one for the visa interview at the Embassy and one for the OFC.

a) You need to be present at the US Consulate where the Appointment for the Visa Interview is scheduled.

b) You need to be present at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC) for the first appointment. This appointment will allow you to go to one of the five OFC locations to have your fingerprints and photo taken.

This appointment must be at least 1 day before your visa interview appointment at the Consulate.

4. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas (Only for Drop BOX case)

5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from American host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and passport copies of host.

6. Financials 

a) Personal ITR for 3 yrs. 

b) Six months’ salary slips Original 

c) Personal Bank Statement for last three months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly 

7. Proof of Occupation 

a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 

B) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

Ø  If I am applying for a B1/B2, C1D, F, or J visa, my prior visa in the same classification is still valid or expired within the last 48 months 
Ø  If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same classification with the same petitioner is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. Note: L (Blanket) visa does not qualify. 
Ø  My prior visa is not annotated “Clearance Received” or "Department Authorization" 
Ø  My most recent visa (in the same visa class for which I am applying) was not lost or stolen

If you can answer “yes” to the following questions, you qualify for our Interview Waiver Program “Drop box”. Please login and create your profile and drop off your passport at one of the 11 service centers. 
Eligibility Criteria for all applicants except child below 14 years and applicant above 79 years of age: 
Ø  I received my visa after November 1, 2008 
Ø  I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to renew 
Ø  My previous visa was issued in India 
Ø  My most recent visa (in the same visa class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday 
Ø  I have no refusals for a visa in any category after my most recent visa issuance 
Ø  If I am applying for a B1/B2, C1D, F, or J visa, my prior visa in the same classification is still valid or expired within the last 48 months 
Ø  If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same classification with the same petitioner is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. Note: L (Blanket) visa does not qualify.

Eligibility Criteria for Child below 14 years:

·  Valid visa copy of the same visa category of either parents in which the child is applying

Eligibility criteria for applicants over 79 years of age:

·  Applying on or after 79th birthday

 For your Offsite Facilitation Center  (OFC) appointment, you will need to bring:

·  A passport valid for travel to the United States with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions). If more than one person is included in your passport, each person desiring a visa must submit an application.

·  Your DS-160 confirmation page.

·  Your appointment confirmation page.

For your interview appointment, you will need to bring:

Important Note: Interview waiver scheduling starting from 1st of September 2019, the US mission in India will being mandatory schedule appointment for Drop Box.
