Business Visa

 

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp . Attach old passports (if any).

 

2. Slovak online Visa Application Form : Download Form Visa application form to be completely filled signed by the applicant in column no 37 and last page.

 

3. Photos: Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Should not be older than 6 months.

 

4.  Covering Letter : Covering-letter from employer on company’s letter head mentioning applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose , expenses clause and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Slovak Republic, New Delhi. letter should be duly signed with name, designation of an authorised signatory and company seal.

 

5. Invitation Letter: Original Letter from Slovak Company duly attested by the Slovak Foreign Police.

 

6.  Financials

 

Employed:

 

a) Original personal Bank Statement for last 06 months with bank seal and sign on each page.

 

b) 06 months salary slip

 

c) Personal ITR for last 3 years

 

Self Employed:

 

a) Original personal and company's Bank Statement for last 06 months with bank seal and sign on each page.

 

b) Company and personal ITR for last 3 years

 

c) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

 

d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

 

7. Airline Reservation : Return Ticket Itinerary ( Attach internal flight/cruise/car/train tickets if travelling to other Schengen countries.)

 

8. Medical : Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.  Should be from authorised insurance company.

 

9. Hotel Booking : Pre paid hotel voucher in original with seal and signature and payment receipt

 

Please Note Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Slovakia

 

10. Personal appearance:  Personal appearance is required to submit the application & Embassy will advice the date of biometrics at the time of submission.

New Procedure for Schengen Visa Applications:

Indian citizens travelling to Schengen countries for short-term (max 90 days in 180 days) will have to visit VFS visa application centre personally to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photograph). For subsequent applications within next 5 years the biometric data will be copied from the previous visa application included in the VIS.

 

 

There are certain exemptions as follows:

   • Children under 12

   • Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible

   • Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.

6. Proof of Occupation

 

Self Employed:

 

a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

 

b) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

 

Employed:

 

a) No Objection Certificate from employer in Original. Travel dates , name, designation and No objection statement for the trip should mention. letter should be signed by HR/ authorized signatory with his name and designation.

 

Student

 

a) Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip signed by authorized signatory with his name and designation.

 

If you are under 18, you must also submit :

 

a) If you are travelling alone - NOC Letter from both the parents on 100 Rs. stamp paper with notary is required along with both parents passport copies.

 

b) If one of parents is accompanying the minor then an Original notarized NOC by the other parent along with the copies of parents passports or ID is required. (NOC should be on Rs.100 stamp paper)

 

c) If the parent you are travelling with has single custody – A copy of the certificate of single custody along with divorce papers.

 

d) Birth certificate copy.

 

7. Hotel Booking : Pre paid hotel voucher in original with seal and signature and payment receipt

5. Ticket: Confirmed onward ticket reservation with all flights confirmed proving the transit port of entry is Slovak

 

6. Hotel Booking : Pre paid hotel voucher in original with seal and signature and payment receipt (in case of overnight stay.

 

7. Medical : Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros. Should be from authorised insurance company.

 

8. Valid Visa: Visa/permit copy of the final destination.

 

9. Personal appearance: Personal appearance is required to submit the visa application & Embassy will advice the date of biometrics at the time of submission.

 

10. If you are under 18, you must also submit :
