Business Visa

  1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. 
    Please note
    a) Passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be accepted by the Embassy.
    b) Copy of your passport (all relevant and used pages)
    c) Indian passport with any “observation” will be accepted. However, the applicant has to inform the submission officer regarding the same at the time of submission of visa application.
    d) Attach all your old passports (if any).

  2. Schengen Visa Application Form: Application form has to be filled online and signed by the applicant. Kindly log on to the link given: https://selfservice.udi.no/

    Please note:
    a) Applicant should provide his personal information, i.e. contact number, e-mail id , communication address, family members details like name, DOB and marriage date while filling up the application form. 
    b) Payment must be done through Credit/ debit Card.

  3. Photo Specification: 02 recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Without specs.
    Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old , scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

  4. Covering Letter : Original Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning the designation, passport number, current profile, expenses clause, purpose of visit ,travel dates, schedule, name and contacts of the company in Norway. Letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with his name and designation. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Delhi.

  5. Invitation Letter: 
    a) Invitation Letter from Norwegian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and the letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
    b) Official introduction letter from the Indian company or organization (including the address, telephone no, fax no, position of the applicant, purpose of the trip, and guarantee of return).

  6. Airline Reservation: Return Ticket. (internal flight/train/car/cruise ticket if travelling to  other Schengen countries)
    Please Note: The ticket submitted should have a gap of at least 15 working days.

  7. Medical: A medical travel insurance is required with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros which should be valid for 15 days after the return from the Schengen area. From authorized insurance company’s only. 

  8. Financials:
    a) Personal ITR for last 3 years.
    b) Personal Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign in original on all the pages. Note : Bank statement Should be on A4 Size Paper
    c) Three months salary slip.

Self-employed: Company and personal both ITR for last years and Bank statements  for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign in original on all the pages are required.

    1. Proof of Occupation
      a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
      b) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).

    2. Important Note: All the documents should be on A4 size paper.

    3. Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing B2B Visa Services Travel Pvt Ltd to submit and collect documents on company letter head.

New Procedure for Schengen Visa Applications:

Indian citizens travelling to Schengen countries for short-term (max 90 days in 180 days) will have to visit VFS visa application centre personally to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photograph). For subsequent applications within next 5 years the biometric data will be copied from the previous visa application included in the VIS.


There are certain exemptions as follows:
   • Children under 12 (but personal presence is required as the Photographs need to be taken at the Visa application centre)
   • Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
   • Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.

    b) Offer expert guidance on the documentation for the relevant visa application.

    Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Norway

      b) If you are travelling with only one of your parents - An original letter of consent from the other parent and a copy of his/her passport (first & last page). And financial documents of parents. Letter should be on Rs.100 stamp paper with Notary.
      c) If the parent you are travelling with has single custody – A copy of the certificate of single custody along with divorce papers.

    4. Important Note: All the documents should be on A4 size paper.

3.  Photos: Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) . Without specs.

4.Cover Letter: Covering-letter from the employer on company’s letter head mentioning the name, designation, passport number, expenses clause, current profile, purpose of visit and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Delhi. Letter should be duly signed by an authorised signatory with his name, designation and company seal.

5. Original Labour Contract / Offer of Employment authorised from Norwegian Directorate of Immigration and signed by both parties

6. certificates: Documentation of relevant education (notarial confirmation) and work experience

7. Documentation of housing in Norway (e.g. Tenancy agreement, lease of house, etc.)

8.Birth certificate: Applicant's birth certificate (notarial confirmation).

9. Insurance:  A medical travel insurance is required with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros which should be valid for minimum one month

    c) Residence Proof: Copy of Residence Permit (if the reference is not a Norwegian citizen) 
    d) Proof of Relationship: If its a family visit, a copy of original notarial certificate stating the relationship between the applicant and the reference (i.e Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate) 
    e) Guarantee: A guarantee form from the reference attested by the police in Norway (This is required only if the financial guarantee is not provided by the applicant)

    3. If you are under 18, you must also submit
      a) If you are travelling alone - An original letter of consent signed by both parents and a copy of their passport (first & last page). Letter should be on Rs.100 stamp paper with Notary.
      b) If you are travelling with only one of your parents - An original letter of consent from the other parent and a copy of his/her passport (first & last page). And financial documents of parents. Letter should be on Rs.100 stamp paper with Notary.
      c) If the parent you are travelling with has single custody – A copy of the certificate of single custody along with divorce papers.

    4. Important Note: All the documents should be on A4 size paper.

    5. Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing B2B Visa Services Travel Pvt Ltd to submit and collect documents on company letter head.

 


New Procedure for Schengen Visa Applications:

Indian citizens travelling to Schengen countries for short-term (max 90 days in 180 days) will have to visit VFS visa application centre personally to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photograph). For subsequent applications within next 5 years the biometric data will be copied from the previous visa application included in the VIS.


There are certain exemptions as follows:
   • Children under 12 (but personal presence is required as the Photographs need to be taken at the Visa application centre)
   • Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
   • Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.
