Business Visa

 

1. Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

2. Dominican Republic Visa Application Form: One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

3. Photo Specification: One recent passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm) 

4. Covering Letter : Original Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number,purpose of the trip, duration of the trip & who will bear the expenses. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Dominican Republic, New Delhi.

5. Invitation Letter: a) An Invitation letter from Dominican Republic host /inviting company or if not invited then a letter has to be brought from Indian company stating the purpose of visit.
b) If invited by DR company then applicant must attach the invitation letter in Spanish which should be notarized and legalized by Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana and invitation letter should have following Clause Download Here

6. Police Clearance Certificate : PCC certificate is required. PCC should be issued from passport office and should not be more than six months old.

7. Financials: a) Letter from the Bank providing - Date of opening of the account, annual average balance maintained during the year, date of last deposit. (No Bank Statements)

8. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation

9. Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

10. Please Note: All the supporting documents (Covering Letter, PCC, Bank Letter, Medical & Birth Certificate etc) must be submitted in Spanish or along with its "Spanish Translation".

Tourist Visa

4. Covering-Letter: Download Here Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Dominican Republic, New Delhi.

5. Invitation Letter: An Invitation letter from Dominican Republic host (friend / relative) along with copy of the identity / resident card of the invitee and invitation letter should be notarized and legalized by Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana .

6. Police Clearance Certificate : PCC certificate is required. PCC has to be issued from passport office and should not be more than six months old.

7. Financials:

b) If the applicant has valid multiple entry visa for USA, Canada , UK or Schengen countries then he/she can obtain tourist card on arrival or can apply in the Embassy for the tourist visa.

Employment Visa

1. Passport: Original passport with a validity of minimum six .

2. Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant.

3. Photo Specification: One recent passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm) 

4. Certification of the Ministry of Labour, indicating that the company is registered with Integrated Registration System Labor (SIRLA), and to comply with the provisions of Article 135 of the Labour Code Dominican (nationalization of the work).

5. Criminal Record Certificate : It is issued by the appropriate authorities of the last country in which the person was domiciled. If the applicant has resided in the Dominican Republic that document must be issued by the Attorney General of the Republic.

6. Residence Proof: 
a) legible photocopy of the residence card, if you live in a second country. 
b) Legible photocopy of previous Dominican visas or residence card

7. Certification issued by the Directorate General of Immigration, stating the last entry into the country of the beneficiary, if previous trips to the Dominican Republic.

8. Visa application letter addressed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs containing the name place of residence, purpose of stay activity which will be dedicated in the country

9. Letter of Guarantee

10. Interview: The guarantor must exhaust an interview at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with consular department official.

Residance Visa

 

1. Passport: Photocopy of the passport with a validity of more than six months. 

2. Photo Specification: one recent passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm) .

3. Dominican Republic Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

4. Letter from applicant – Stating the reason for obtaining Residency.

5. Police Clearance Certificate- From the country, where applicant is residing from the last 6 months- apostle from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of resident country (PCC should not be more than 6 month old).

6. Financials: 
a) Letter from the Bank providing - Date of opening of the account, annual average balance maintained during the year, date of last deposit.

7. Certificates: 
a) Original Marriage Certificate apostle from Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
b) Original Birth Certificate apostle from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

8. Medical : Original Medical Certificate of applicant certifying that he/ she is not suffering from any contagious diseases and legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of resident country and further legalized by Embassy
