Business Visa

The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with hisa name and designation and company seal.

 

5.Invitation letter from the Belgian Company stating the exact purpose and period of the visit and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

 

6. Proof of financial means like: recent 3 month bank statements with seal and signature from the banker., income tax papers for 3 years, last 3 months salary slips. If applicant is self-employed, then company’s financial documents are also required like bank statements and ITR. and

6.Hotel confirmation: for the entire period of stay in Schengen area. (in case of overnight halt)

 

7.Confirmed ticket reservation with all flights confirmed proving the transit port of entry is Belgium

 

8. In case of a minor who has not reached the age of 18 years AND is travelling with one of the parents only or alone: a notary affidavit mentioning the consent of the parents must be submitted. This document needs to be apostilled. (The same should be on Rs.100 stamp paper)

 11.  A Police Clearance Certificate for the past 1 year. This document is valid only 6 months from the date of issue. In case you resided in a foreign country during the past 1 year, you should submit a Police Clearance Certificate issued by the relevant authorities of that foreign country.

5. Letter of Guarantee/Invitation Letter: A letter of guarantee/ Invitation letter from shipping company in The Belgium. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with hisa name and designation and company seal.

 

6. Original CDC: Original Continuous Discharge Certificate along with Copies of all filled pages.

 

7. Copy of the Appointment Letter / Contract.

c)      Family composition issued by the city hall in Belgium

 

d)     Proof of regular and sufficient income of the guarantor of at least 1.179.65 Euro/month + 642 euro for the student + 150 Euro/month per person already at the charge of the guarantor (+ 1 copy)

 

 

 

In case that the guarantor is a Belgian or a foreigner residing abroad:

a)      letter of guarantee model 32, legalized by The Belgian Embassy or Consulate in the country where the guarantor resides (+ 1 copy)

 

b)     copy of the bio-page of the passport and/or a copy of the residence permit
