Business Visa

 

1. Passport: Original passport with the validity of minimum of six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Attach old passports (if any).

 

2. Argentina Visa Application Form  : One visa application form Download Form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant. Handwritten forms should be filled in with (BLUE INK), please do not print back to back. Attach Download Form English translation of Visa application form.

 

3. Photo Specification: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background. Front Face.

 

4. Covering Letter : Original covering-letter in English & Spanish language from the company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, passport number, designation, expenses clause and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorize signatory with his name, designation, company seal and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai.

 

5. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation letter in Spanish language from the host/inviting company which should be duly notarized from Argentina. The company Letter or agency inviting foreign citizens to Argentina, should indicate in the invitation the registration number of the company or agency at the RENURE.

 

Please Note: A Legalization Letter from inviting company should also be submitted along with the invitation letter.

 

6. Certificate of Incorporation: Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate of Indian company or Letter of Membership from a recognized Chamber of Commerce address to To, "Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai".

 

7. Financials :

 

a) Original Bank Statement for last six months stating the name & contact number of the Branch Manager with Bank seal (Minimum Balance should be 1 Lac per person).

 

b) Personal ITR for last 3 yrs.

 

c) Salary slips of last 6 months.

 

8. Ticket: Return Ticket itinerary.

 

9. Travel Insurance: For the duration of the stay.

 

10.  Government ID card copy: Pan card/ Aadhar Card copy of an applicant.

 

Please note:

 

a) Dates mentioned in ticket should match with dates mentioned in Covering Letter & invitation letter.

 

b) Travel dates must show departure at least with the gap of 10 working days from the date of submission.

 

11. Please Note:

 

a) Embassy may call the applicant for personal interview post submission of the application.

 

b) Applicant's holding a valid multiple entry visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.

 

d) It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

Connecting/Transit Visa

 

Passengers in TRANSIT to other destinations, who stay within the premises of the Argentine International Airport for less than 12 hours are not required to have a visa stamped on their passport.

4. Covering Letter: Original covering-letter in English and Spanish from the company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, passport number, designation, expenses clause and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorize signatory with his name, designation, company seal and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai.

 

5. Invitation Letter:

 

a) DNM Entry Permit: The ‘Permiso de Ingreso’ letter from the Argentine Immigration National Office (Direccion Nacional de Migraciones) stating the name and passport number of the seafarer as mentioned in the passport. DNM should be addressed to the Mumbai Consulate.

 

b) Letter of Invitation from the local agent in Argentina.

 

6. Employment Contract: original Employment Contract with seafarer's passport details.

 

7. Ticket:  Ticket itinerary.

 

8. Original CDC

 

9. Government ID card copy: Pan card/ Aadhar Card copy of an applicant.

The Consulate may call the crew for an interview.

 

Urgent visa processing is at the sole discretion of the Consulate, this process can be expedited of the Shipping Company speaks/emails the Consulate. Urgent fees applicable.

7. Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking .

 

8. Day to day itinerary :  Applicant has to provide a Day to Day itinerary on the letter head of the tour organizer in Argentina. This should be in Spanish Language.
